Yes. I represent buyers purchasing new construction from builders across Greater Houston. Having your own agent means someone is looking out for you from the first model-home visit through your final walkthrough, and many builders offer buyer’s agent compensation, which we’ll confirm up front.
Do you help buyers looking at resale homes?
Yes. I help buyers find, tour, and make strong offers on resale homes, and I help sellers prepare, price, and market their homes.
I’m relocating to Houston. Can you help from out of state?
Yes. I help families relocating to Houston with virtual tours, video walk-throughs, area overviews, and a step-by-step plan so you can make confident decisions before you arrive.
Do you work with military families on a PCS move?
Yes. I help military families relocating to the Houston area with timelines that fit PCS orders, virtual tours, and coordination when you can’t be here in person. For VA loans, I’ll connect you with lenders experienced in VA financing.
