This website, 1201realtygroup.com, including my digital business card and app, is operated by Lawanda Thornton, REALTOR®, 1201 Realty Group, powered by Keller Williams Houston Central. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.
What I collect
- Information you choose to give me in a form: your name, phone number, email, what you are interested in, a property address, and any message you write.
- Calculator and checklist entries in my app stay on your own device. I do not receive them.
- Basic, anonymous website data, such as pages visited, collected by my web host to keep the site running.
How I use it
- To respond to your request and contact you by phone, text, or email about it.
- To keep your information in my client database (Keller Williams Command) so I can serve you well.
- If you check the box to receive text updates, to send you listings and market updates by text. This is optional and never required to work with me.
Text messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call or email me to opt out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
I do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who I share it with
I never sell your information. I share it only as needed to serve you, for example with my brokerage, Keller Williams Houston Central, and the service providers that run my website, forms, and client database. If you ask me to connect you with a lender, title company, inspector, or other professional, I will share only what is needed for that introduction, with your permission.
Your choices
